F. Weber Hill

F. Weber Hill is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana, where he graduated from Loyola College Prep in 2004.

Mr. Hill attended the University of Mississippi where he received his undergraduate degree in Psychology. After graduation from the University of Mississippi, he attended the Oklahoma City University where he received his Master of Business Administration and his Juris Doctor in 2012.

Mr. Hill returned to his home state of Louisiana and clerked at the First Judicial District Court in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, for the Honorable Robert P. Waddell, the Honorable Roy L. Brun, and the Honorable Craig O. Marcotte.

Mr. Hill was admitted to practice law in the state of Louisiana in May 2015. He is also admitted to practice law in the First Judicial District Court (Caddo Parish), 26th Judicial District Court (Bossier and Webster Parishes), 42nd Judicial District Court (DeSoto Parish), Shreveport City Court, Juvenile Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, and the U. S. District Court of the Western District of Louisiana.

In August 2015, Mr. Hill joined Smitherman, Hill & Brice as an associate attorney. His practice areas include, but are not limited to, family law, divorces, child custody, child support, court appearances in those matters, and community property settlements; civil litigation; personal injury and medical malpractice; business organizations (limited liability companies); contracts; successions; estate planning, will preparation, living will declarations, and powers of attorney.

Mr. Hill is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and Shreveport Bar Association; the Rotary Club of Downtown Shreveport; Krewe of Justinian; Employer Support of Guard and Reserve (ESGR); Young Lawyers Association, and The Cotillion Club. He and his wife, Leslie Freyer Hill, and their children are active members of St. John’s Cathedral Church in Shreveport, Louisiana.
